Divide the lukewarm butter into small pieces, place in a mixing bowl and whisk until fluffy. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt, followed by the eggs. Stir well. Mix the flour and the baking powder together and add to the dough, alternating with milk and cream. Add cinnamon to taste – and the dough’s all done!
Now all you need to do is fire up the waffle maker and you’ll be good to go. Heavenly!
