Self-watering cachepot keeps indoor plants looking beautiful for weeks
In the run-up to Christmas, it’s time once again for flower shops and windowsills to be adorned with vibrant red poinsettias. But all too often, these popular seasonal plants sadly wilt and wither after just a few days due to a lack of proper care. To make sure this doesn’t happen, the garden professionals at Emsa have come up with a special solution: the Fresh Herbs cachepot. Available in simple white or elegant granite, the pot has a smart watering system which allows plants to be self-sufficient. Thanks to the internal cotton wick, the plants supply themselves with exactly the amount of water they need from a water reservoir – making the risk of drying out or overwatering a thing of the past. A small decorative Christmas tree is provided as a water level indicator in keeping with the Christmas season; this shows when it’s time to fill the water supply again. The water reservoir is quickly and easily filled from the outside via the spout.
Remarkably practical: the pot can be used whatever the season – e.g. for fresh herbs in springtime – thanks to the second water level indicator with attractive flower motif. The Fresh Herbs pot is thus sure to make a beautiful eye-catcher on windowsills all year round.
